RealWorld Systems has been awarded several Supply Arrangements and Vendor of Record Agreements with the Governments of Ontario and Canada. This means that we have been pre-approved for projects in our areas of expertise, and government clients can go through a streamlined call for proposals. In most cases, the agreements below require RFPs to be sent to only 3 vendors for projects estimated at under $250,000.

Vendor of Record agreement with the Government of Ontario for Business and Management Consulting. The agreement covers all Ministries and Agencies of the Ontario government as well as many agencies of the Broader Public Service, including municipalities. We qualified for two service categories: Business Process Assessment and Integration; and Business Metrics and Performance Management Services.

Vendor of Record agreement with the Government of Ontario for Program Evaluation and Performance Measurement Services. The agreement applies to all Ministries and Agencies of the Ontario government. We qualified for seven service categories: performance measurement services; monitoring/review of compliance with standards; needs assessment; evaluability assessment; implementation/process evaluation; impact/outcome evaluation; and program review.

Government Online (GOL) Supply Arrangement with the Government of Canada. RealWorld Systems is approved under the 'Business Processes and Content Services' stream as a Government Online (GOL) Supply Arrangement Holder. PWGSC developed this government-wide procurement vehicle for the delivery of services required on an “as and when requested” basis by authorized clients for the implementation of their on-line initiatives.

Government of Canada Professional Services Online. We are an approved supplier under PSOnline, formerly IPS Marketplace, which is a Supply Arrangement for federal government projects under $84,000.

The Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care Organizational Development; General Consulting Services Vendor of Record. We are approved to provide organizational design and restructuring, development strategies, team interventions, facilitations and strategic business planning and consulting for the Ministry.
