As part of several projects, we have experimented with several free or inexpensive ways to post audio presentations on the web (see this Charity Village article). The following audio presentations are based on Apreso for PowerPoint. Unfortunately, they require Internet Explorer and don't work on other browsers.

This talk gives an overview of the changing role of 'live' presentations (as opposed to canned content like this demonstration), defining your objectives and the needs of the audience, and tips for successful presentations.

Based on our work with distance research collaborations, particularly the New Investigators Network of the Canadian Institute for Advanced Research, this talk outlines issues and some literature regarding the management of complex, distance and/or large scale research projects. Prepared by Lori Criss Powers and Gillian Kerr.

This presentation was the formal part of a workshop presented to settlement agencies throughout Canada as part of a Results Based Management process funded by Citizenship & Immigration Canada (CIC). It includes an overview of CIC's settlement evaluation strategy, and an overview of logic models, evaluation frameworks, and the role of indicators of success.
